Deaf Chefs Learn World Cuisine

This is an Erasmus+ KA220 Vocational Education project. The design and writing of the project were carried out by the Mavi Pencere Project Teams. Within the project, a learning programme introducing basic culinary techniques and the cuisines of different countries to deaf individuals, distance-learning materials for this programme in the sign languages of different countries, a sign language dictionary and a distance-learning platform where all concrete results are shared have been prepared.
